If you need a dependable weeknight meal that brings everyone to the table, this Slow Cooker Beef Teriyaki is it. The beef cooks until tender in a homemade teriyaki sauce, then gets tossed with fresh broccoli the last hour of cooking for a complete family dinner.

This recipe is a go-to when I need something hearty but hands off. It reminds me of how I used to throw a meal together before rushing out the door to the kids' after school activities. Just like my Air Fryer Chicken and Broccoli, this meal hits the spot without much fuss.
