This Slow Cooker Beef Teriyaki is made with thin sliced beef cooked until tender in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, then finished with broccoli for a complete and comforting dinner.
Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and water and stir to combine.
Set the slow cooker to high heat setting and cook for 4 hours.
Once cooked, remove the steak from the slow cooker with a slotted spoon.
In a small bowl, mix the 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water until smooth. Transfer cornstarch slurry to the sauce ingredients and whisk to combine.
Return the steak pieces to the slow cooker. Add the broccoli florets, and cook on high for 1 hour.
Serve with white or brown rice, and garnish with green onions.
