🍽️ Meal Planning and Prep Tips
I'm here to share with you recipes to make during the week that aren't hard to make and take little prep. Most feed 4 so if there are just 1 or 2 to feed, you may want to scale down and halve a recipe OR just make a couple of these and enjoy leftovers throughout the week.
Sandwiches are the name of the dinner game this week. You have variety, easy, and delicious all in one hand!
Most of my recipes are easy to make in a short prep time, however I do have some tips to help you with this week's menu!

Any prep that can be done on Sunday (October 2) is called prep day.
- Make the Blueberry Cookies on prep day and store them in the fridge or freezer. Take the amount of cookies you plan to eat 10 minutes before you plan to serve them.
- Make the Boom Boom Sauce on prep day and store in the fridge. You may want to double the recipe as you will be serving french fries and zucchini fries as sides throughout the week.
- You can prep the chicken for the pulled chicken sandwiches on prep day and just reheat at dinner time while the fries are in the air fryer.
- Plan to put the ribs in the slow cooker early in the day, before serving, brush the cooked ribs with your favorite bbq sauce and broil.
