    This Air Fryer Corn on the Cob recipe makes the most delicious corn with just a few minutes of cook time. It is one of my favorite easy recipes and is the perfect side dish for your next meal.

    I love easy air fryer recipes and this sweet corn in the air fryer makes an easy side dish that goes with almost any main. That is why corn season is the best time to make it in the air fryer.

    A quick rub of olive oil or cooking spray aids in the seasoning sticking to the cob corn.

    Fresh corn on the cob

    Olive oil

    Salt and black pepper

    🔪 Instructions

    1. Place corn on a large plate and drizzle with olive oil. Rub the oil over the entire ear of corn with your hands.
    2. Season with salt and pepper, then place the corn in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer.
    3. Return the basket to the air fryer and air fry corn at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes.
    4. Remove the air fryer basket from and flip the corn. Cook another 8 minutes, or until corn is tender and kernels are lightly charred.

    • Leave off the oil and spritz the corn cobs with cooking spray before adding the seasoning.

    💭 Tips

    • Depending on the size of your air fryer, the amount of corn and cooking time will vary. You should be able to cook 4-8 ears of corn. Depending on the size of your air fryer Tray air fryers require you to rotate the tray because the higher the tray, the quicker the heat will char the kernels.
    • When air frying be sure to leave space between the ears of corn to allow hot air to circulate around the ears.

    Yes, it takes a little less time to cook frozen corn. Just follow the same prep but cook for only 12 minutes.
