Why You'll Love this Spicy Ranchero Sauce
Creamy and spicy: the best of both worlds, with a balanced heat that's not overpowering.
Quick and easy: just four ingredients and five minutes to prepare.
Versatile: perfect for dipping, drizzling, or spreading on wraps and sandwiches.
Key Ingredients

Sour cream: adds a rich, tangy base that cools the spice.
Ranch dressing: brings a zesty, herby note that pairs well with the creaminess.
Mayonnaise: thickens the sauce and gives it a smooth texture.
Hot sauce: the heat source, choose your favorite brand to control the spice level.
Ingredient Substitutions
Greek yogurt for sour cream: makes it lighter but still creamy.
Chipotle sauce for hot sauce: adds a smoky depth of flavor.
Avocado mayo instead of regular: adds a subtle, nutty taste.
Variations
Zesty kick: add lime juice, cayenne pepper, or diced jalapeno for extra heat.
Fresh twist: stir in chopped cilantro and fresh lime juice.
Thinner sauce: add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.

Top Tips
Let it chill: for the best flavor, refrigerate for at least 4 hours before using.
Taste and tweak: start with mild hot sauce and build up if you want more heat.
Use a squeeze bottle: for easy serving and minimal mess.
