Key Ingredients for Pulled Pork Taquitos

- Pulled pork: juicy and tender, it's the star of these taaquitos.
- Salsa verde: adds tangy heat and bright flavor.
- Mexican cheese blend: melts into the filling for a creamy, cheesy bite.
- Flour tortillas: soft and easy to roll, crisp beautifully in the air fryer.
- Cilantro and lime juice: fresh and zesty finish to balance the richness.
Ingredient Substitutions
- Use corn tortillas instead of flour for a more traditional taquito.
- Try shredded chicken in place of pork for a lighter variation.
- Swap in queso fresco or Monterey Jack for the cheese blend.

Variations on Air Fryer Pulled Pork Taquitos
- Spicy kick: add diced jalapenos or hot sauce to the pork mixture.
- Breakfast taquitos: mix in scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage.
- Vegetarian version: substitute black beans, peppers, and corn for the pork.
Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Taquitos
- Don't overcrowd: leave space in the air fryer basket so each taquito gets crisp.
- Seal tightly: roll tortillas snug to prevent filling from spilling out.
- Warm tortillas: softened tortillas roll better and won't crack when air fried.

How to Store and Reheat
Keep leftover taquitos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes to restore crispness.
