🙋 FAQ's
Growing sprouts at home is easy. Rinse the seeds thoroughly and soak them in water overnight. Drain the water, and place the seeds in a sprouting jar or a tray covered with a damp cloth. Rinse and drain the seeds twice a day until they sprout, usually within a few days.
Common seeds used for sprouting include alfalfa, mung beans, lentils, broccoli, and radish. Choose organic seeds from a reputable source for best results.
Once your sprouts have grown to the desired length, store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator. They should remain fresh for 3 to 5 days.
Storage
This sandwich is best enjoyed fresh, but if you’re prepping ahead, store the components separately. Keep the mashed avocado, sliced vegetables, and sprouts in airtight containers in the fridge for up to two days. Assemble just before eating for the best texture and flavor.
