Bacon Egg Salad Sandwich

- 8 large hard boiled eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tablespoon yellow mustard
- 4 slices thick cut bacon crumbled
- 1 medium green onion thinly sliced, both white and green parts
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Place the hard boiled eggs in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand chopper, chop the eggs into small pieces. Set aside.
