Instructions
Place the hard boiled eggs in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand chopper, chop the eggs into small pieces. Set aside.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, green onion, bacon, and smoked paprika to the hard boiled eggs. Mix to combine.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
