This Big Mac Casserole is a cheesy low carb dinner that brings all the flavor of your favorite fast food burger, without the bun or the guilt. It's baked in a casserole dish and topped with melted cheese and sesame seeds, then served with a sweet and tangy homemade sauce.

This recipe reminds me of the old cheeseburger pie Mom used to make with biscuit mix. I loved it, but this version fits perfectly into the keto lifestyle. Kind of like how my Big Mac Salad became another fun twist on fast food at home.

Ingredient Substitutions
- Swap heavy cream with half and half if needed.
- Use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
- Try colby jack or velveeta shreds in place of cheddar cheese.
Variations
- Stir in a sauteed jalapeno with the onions for a little heat.
- Use sugar-free Thousand Island Dressing instead of homemade sauce.
- Top with sliced tomatoes before baking for extra juiciness.

Top Tips for Success
- Let the beef mixture cool slightly before adding the egg mixture.
- For crispy edges, bake uncovered for the last 5 minutes.
- Make extra sauce, trust me, you'll want to drizzle more on your plate.
Storage & Reheating
- Fridge: store in airtight container up to 5 days.
- Freeze: portion into individual freezer safe containers without the sauce.
- Reheat: microwave until warmed through or bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
