    This Big Mac Salad recipe is all the deliciousness of a fast food burger without the sesame seed bun. It is a low-carb salad recipe for those on the keto diet that is perfect for lunch or dinner.

    Crisp romaine lettuce, ground beef, cheese, pickles, sesame seeds and big mac sauce are all you need to make this Big Mac in a Bowl.

    Onion powder

    Garlic powder

    Romaine or iceberg lettuce

    Dill pickles

    Toasted sesame seeds

    🔪 Instructions

    1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat cook ground beef using a meat masher to break it down into crumbles as it cooks. Cook for 5 minutes, or until beef has browned.
    2. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Divide the lettuce between 4 small bowls. Top with the cooked ground beef mixture, shredded cheese, and diced dill pickles.
    4. Drizzle salad dressing over top of the burger bowls prior to serving.

    Store any leftover ground beef and lettuce separately in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days. To serve leftovers, warm ground beef in the microwave for 1 minutes, then assemble salad.

    • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for the ground beef.
