    Fast and easy turkey recipe: the air fryer is a great option for juicy boneless skinless turkey breasts in with a cooking time of 30 minutes or less!

    Tender meat: usually proteins like a lean turkey tenderloin can dry out fast, but not with the air fryer method! The heat seals the juices in, cooks it fast and it is super tender.

    Versatile recipe, simple ingredients: This is a great recipe for an easy weeknight meal or Thanksgiving dinner for a small crowd!

    🥘 Ingredients

    Boneless Skinless Turkey Breast tenderloins: these usually come in a package of two tenderloins weighing in at 3 pounds total.

    Seasoning mixture: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

    Olive oil spray: to add moisture to the seasoning on the turkey

    🔪 Instructions

    1. Remove the whole turkey breast tenderloins from the packaging and pat dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture on the turkey.
    2. In a small bowl, mix to combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, basil, salt, and pepper.
    3. Sprinkle the seasoning over the top, bottom, and sides of the turkey tenderloins, rubbing the seasoning mixture into the the tenderloins.
    4. Place turkey tenderloins in an air fryer basket or tray that has been coated with cooking spray. Be sure there is enough space between the tenderloins to allow hot air to circulate around the meat. Spritz the top of the turkey tenderloins with cooking spray.
    5. Cook turkey tenderloins at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. After a cook time of 10 minutes, remove tray from air fryer and flip tenderloins over. Spritz with more cooking spray, then return to the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes longer, or until breasts are golden brown and internal temperature in the thickest part of the turkey reads 165 degrees F.

    🥫Storage

    Store: place leftover turkey in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3-4 days.

    Freeze: place in an airtight freezer safe container and freeze up to 3 months.

    Reheat: leftover turkey can be reheated in the microwave on a microwave safe plate until warmed or wrapped in foil and warmed in the oven or air fryer on reheat setting.

    📖 Variations

    • This method will work for any lean protein such as pork tenderloin or chicken breast.
    • Make your own seasoning blend with herbs and spices you have on hand.

    💭 Tips

    • The turkey breast will need at least a spritz of olive oil spray or to be rubbed lightly with olive oil. This ensures that the rub is not dried out and keeps the outer layer of the turkey moist.
