Remove the whole turkey breast tenderloins from the packaging and pat dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture on the turkey.
In a small bowl, mix to combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, basil, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning over the top, bottom, and sides of the turkey tenderloins, rubbing the seasoning mixture into the the tenderloins.
Place turkey tenderloins in an air fryer basket or tray that has been coated with cooking spray. Be sure there is enough space between the tenderloins to allow hot air to circulate around the meat. Spritz the top of the turkey tenderloins with cooking spray.
Cook turkey tenderloins at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. After a cook time of 10 minutes, remove tray from air fryer and flip tenderloins over. Spritz with more cooking spray, then return to the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes longer, or until breasts are golden brown and internal temperature in the thickest part of the turkey reads 165 degrees F.
