Flavorful dish: sesame oil, sweet hoisin sauce, and sriracha enhances the delicious flavors and gives the meatballs a distinctive flavor profile.
Quick dinner: ready in just a little over 30 minutes, this meatball recipe lends well to meal prep and reheating for later in the week.

Cooking Light is great and they offer up wonderful ideas on how to flavor with spice instead of fat as is evident in your lovely recipe.

So normally I would say I want my meatballs over spaghetti...but you had me at sriracha here. All of these delicious seasonings in these meatballs makes it totally acceptable to cut back and use turkey instead. We do the same thing when we make burrito fillings as you can't tell the difference once all the seasonings go in. Now I am craving meatballs for breakfast...what are you doing to me, Shelby?? 🙂

Sounds and looks delicious! I love Sriracha but I've never had it this way. I also love the puree idea and it sounds interesting. I would be willing to try it out.

I know this is supposed to be about the meatballs, but I cannot stop eyeing that cauliflower puree. It looks so good! I was just writing up a post yesterday that had cauliflower in it and saying how I don't have enough recipes with it. The whole family eats and loves it, we just don't have it often. Super glad to see it paired with something as delicious as meatballs!! Turkey is my second favorite thing to use for meatballs too!
