Here is your free weekly meal plan 15 for April 11-15. This weeks meals will be quick and easy dinner ideas that are packed with flavor and easy on the cook. They are designed to be as easy on the budget as possible and most feed families of 4.

🍽️ Meal Planning and Prep Tips
I'm here to share with you recipes to make during the week that aren't hard to make and take little prep. Most feed 4 so if there are just 1 or 2 to feed, you may want to scale down and halve a recipe OR just make a couple of these and enjoy leftovers throughout the week.
This weekly meal plan is pretty easy, most meals can be made very quickly the same night without a lot of prep time.
Here are some short cuts and tips to help you throughout the week.
- For the Baked Ziti, be sure the pasta is cooked until just under al dente to ensure the pasta doesn't overcook while in the sauce.
- The vegetarian meatballs could be made ahead of time on Sunday and then just warmed up in a marinara sauce on meal day.
- The skillet cod is super fast, so little prep is needed.
- For the meatloaf sliders, you could mix the meat ingredients ahead of time on Sunday and cook them on Monday. If you decide to make this recipe on a different day, just shape them ahead of time and freeze until the morning you plan to make them.
Friday: Keep it simple at the end of the week and mix and match any leftovers on Friday night.

Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Sliders
Easy, delicious and fun!
Serve Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Sliders with a side of dill pickle pasta salad and some fresh fruit.
Baked Ziti with Italian Chicken Sausage
Serve this Baked Ziti with Italian Chicken Sausage with a side of Italian Bread and green salad.
Skillet Cod with Cilantro Lime Butter
This meal will be ready in a flash! I suggest you serve this with a side of Broccoli Slaw and Kale Salad (pictured).
Mom's Vegetarian Meatballs
Serve Mom's Vegetarian Meatballs Recipe with a homemade pasta sauce made with canned tomatoes or your favorite store bought. If vegetarian isn't your thing, try these Homemade Venison Meatballs.
Soft Ginger Molasses Cookies
Nanny's Ginger Molasses Cookies is a family recipe that my Nanny would keep rotated in her cookie box. You can frost them or leave them plain. Make these on Sunday so you can enjoy them throughout the week!
