- In a large bowl, using clean hands, combine ground meat, garlic powder, dried onion flakes, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and egg. until well combined.
- Using ยผ cup sized scoop, portion meat mixture and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes,
- Remove from oven and transfer to a large pot with 1 quart of prepared pasta sauce .
- Simmer meatballs on the stovetop until until internal temperature of venison meatballs reach160 degrees using an instant read meat thermometer.
