Crispy bacon and pork belly are the ultimate in food texture! The melt in your mouth delicious smoky and salty flavors go great with the glaze sandwiched in a slider roll with the creamy sweet and spicy sriracha mayo and crunchy cabbage mixture to finish it off.

I created this recipe because I love sweet and spicy combinations, and I absolutely love pork belly. The flavor combinations in this recipe is like a match made in heaven and I know you will love this recipe too!

    Why You'll Love This Recipe

    • Easy to make with pre-cooked pork belly!
    • Crispy and satisfying mouth feel with delicious sweet and spicy flavors.
    • Great party food for your next football tailgate or appetizer party.
    • Versatile! Crisp the pork belly up in a skillet or the air fryer.

    🥘 Ingredients

    Pork Belly Sliders

Precooked pork belly makes these sliders a cinch to make in minutes! Made in the air fryer, you only need to cook it long enough to make it crispy and add the glaze!

    • Precooked pork belly: I bought mine at Trader Joes, but you can also cook your own pork belly from scratch. I like to buy the pre-cooked as it is quick and easy to crisp up in the air fryer.
    • Shredded red and white cabbage with carrots.
    • Small dinner rolls: I buy the Martin's brand dinner rolls (package of 24)
    • Mayonnaise
    • Honey
    • Sriracha
    • Fresh cilantro

    🔪 Instructions

    1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, sriracha sauce, and mayonnaise until well combined. Set aside.
    2. In a medium bowl, toss together cabbages and carrot, then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    3. Slice pork belly into thin slices and place on hot griddle over medium high heat then cook until crispy on both sides. Before removing rom the griddle, glaze with honey sriracha sauce and turn once, glaze again. Remove from griddle and glaze with more sauce if desired.
    4. Assemble sandwiches as follows, spoon a teaspoon of honey sriracha mayo on bottom half of bun. Top with pork belly slider with cabbage slaw, and cilantro. Drizzle a little more sriracha mayo over top if desired.

    📖 Variations

    • Brush pork belly with your favorite barbecue sauce or buffalo sauce instead of the honey sriracha sauce.
    • Make these low carb by using the zero carb tortillas cut into smaller pieces to sandwich the filling.

    💭 Top Tip

    • Pre-assemble these pork belly sliders for your party, or if you want a more interactive party you can set this out on your buffet for your guest to make their own. I prefer to create my own slider because I like to control how much of each element I want on my sandwich! No matter how you serve I promise you that even though they will devour every bit of these delicious pork belly sliders!
