Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray ramekins with oil then fill with water ⅔ full.
- Place ramekins in air fryer and cook at 400° for 5 minutes.
- Crack one egg into each ramekin, I like to crack the egg into a measuring pitcher and then pour it into the ramekin. This reduces splashing and burns to hands.
- For desired yolk firmness, cook the eggs at 370° for 5-7 minutes.
- Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer immediately using tongs.
- Drain the ramekins carefully and separate the egg from the ramekin walls using a silicone spatula.
- Wedge the egg out from the ramekin to plate and enjoy seasoned to desire or on a piece of toast, biscuit, or English muffin.
