Oreo Brownie Cookies are the ultimate mashup of rich, fudgy brownies and classic Oreo goodness, all in a chewy, irresistible cookie. They're quick to make, packed with chocolate flavor, and perfect for any cookie lover craving a decadent treat.
The inspiration for this recipe comes from a love of combining desserts, like in my S'more Brownies recipe, where two treats meet in one. This time, I wanted to bring the iconic flavors of Oreos into the fudgy world of brownies, and the result is pure magic!

🥘 Ingredients
Semi-sweet chocolate chips: you can also use dark chocolate chips. I do not recommend milk chocolate for this recipe.
Butter: unsalted and can be cold from the fridge as it is going to be melted.
Eggs: I used large eggs and they should be at room temperature for best results.
Granulated sugar
Brown sugar: I used light brown sugar, but dark brown can be substituted, it will lend a deeper flavor to the cookie.
Vanilla extract: go with a pure vanilla extract for best flavor.
Salt: I used pink himalayan salt for this recipe
