Garlic flavor: buttery garlic seasoning makes this bread irresistible.
Key Ingredients
See recipe card below for full list of ingredients and instructions.

- Sourdough loaf: a round loaf works best for cutting and stuffing.
- Mozzarella cheese: melts perfectly for that signature cheesy pull.
- Garlic butter: a blend of butter, garlic, and parsley adds flavor to every bite.
Ingredient Substitutions
- Cheese: swap mozzarella with Monterey Jack or cheddar for a different flavor.
- Bread: use a French or Italian loaf in place of sourdough.
- Herbs: try fresh basil or oregano in place of parsley.

Variations on Cheesy Pull Apart Bread
- Bacon cheddar: add cooked bacon crumbles with sharp cheddar.
- Pizza style: mix in pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
- Spicy kick: add red pepper flakes or diced jalapenos to the cheese filling.
Tips for Perfect Cheesy Garlic Bread
- Cut carefully: don't slide all the way through, leave the bottom intact.
- Pack the cheese: the more you stuff in, the cheesier the pull apart effect.
- Serve warm: best enjoyed hot from the oven so the cheese stays gooey.
