Cheesy Pull Apart Bread is a fun, shareable appetizer baked with buttery garlic seasoning and plenty of melted cheese, perfect for gatherings big or small.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a dutch oven or large cast iron skillet with parchment paper and set aside.
Using a bread knife, cut loaf in 1” slices, but not all the way through. Turn the loaf 90° and cut slice through the loaf in the opposite direction to previous slices and repeat slicing. You will end up with pluckable cubes of bread.
Add freshly cracked pepper, parsley, salt, garlic and butter to a small bowl. Melt butter mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds, then combine butter with seasonings.
Using a silicone pastry brush, coat the loaf with the melted butter mixture on the inside and outside of the loaf.
Stuff the shredded cheese into all the cut sections of the bread.
Place loaf in prepared dish and bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and loaf is toasty and golden brown.
