Chocolate Chip Blondies with Bourbon and Walnuts

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablesoons bourbon
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch fleur de sel
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Whisk the melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl to combine.
- Add the eggs, bourbon (optional), and vanilla and whisk to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold into egg mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Sprinkle with grey sea salts.
- Bake for 40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of blondies comes out clean..
