Ingredients

½ cup butter
¾ cup dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 pinch fleur de sel (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter and brown sugar to combine.
Whisk in the eggs, bourbon, and vanilla to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold into dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts and pour batter into prepared dish. Sprinkle with grey sea salts.
Bake for 40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of blondies comes out clean..
