Why You'll Love Air Fryer Venison Meatballs
Quick cooking: Ready in about 15 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.
Juicy & Flavorful: The air fryer gives them a crisp crust while keeping the inside tender.
Low Carb Friendly: Great for keto, paleo (with one change), and gluten-free lifestyles.
Key Ingredients

Ground Venison: A lean wild game meat that cooks up tender and flavorful.
Ground Pork: Adds necessary fat for moisture and flavor balance.
Crushed Pork Rinds: Used in place of breadcrumbs for a keto-friendly binder.
Parmesan Cheese: Adds rich, salty flavor. Buy pre-shredded or grate it fresh.
Egg: Helps bind the meatball mixture together.
Parsley & Oregano: Traditional Italian herbs that enhance flavor.
Ingredient Substitutions
Parmesan Cheese: Swap with nutritional yeast for a paleo version.
Ground Venison: Use beef, pork, turkey, or chicken - or mix and match.
Pork Rinds: Sub with almond flour if preferred, but texture may vary slightly.

Flavor Variations
- Add 1 teaspoon chili powder and ½ teaspoon chipotle powder for smoky heat.
- Replace parsley and oregano with 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro.
- Use Gruyere or cheddar cheese in place of Parmesan.
Top Tips
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Use foil or a liner to keep the basket cleaner and catch any drips.
- You can skip the egg if there's an allergy. No need to replace it.
- Let meatballs rest a minute or two before serving so they hold their shape.

Storage
Refrigerate: Store in an airtight container forup to 1 week.
Freeze: Cool completely and freeze up to3 months in a sealed bag or container.
