This Salami Pizza is a low carb, keto-friendly take on pizza that skips the dough and leans into big, savory flavor with just 3 net carbs per serving. An egg-based pizza crust holds layers of melty cheese, rich salami, and just enough sauce to make it feel like a real treat.

Variations on Salami Pizza
- Vegetarian Twist: Replace hard salami with roasted vegetables like bell pepper, onions, and mushrooms, sprinkled with fresh herbs to finish.
- Fathead dough: if preferred, make this almond flour pizza crust to replace the egg pizza crust.
- Make it meatier: add crumbled italian sausage (sweet or hot) to the pizza toppings.
- Mini pizzas: cook the egg and cheese pizza crust in the waffle iron, then top with your toppings and bake in the oven until cheese is melted.

Tips for Perfect Egg Pizza Crust
- Whisk the eggs until foamy to help the crust bake up evenly.
- Bake the crust until lightly browned so it stays firm under the toppings.
- Let the pizza rest a few minutes after baking to help it slice cleanly.
How to Store and Reheat.
Store leftover Salami Pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat slices in a 350°F or toaster oven until warmed through and the cheese softens again.
