Venison with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
- 2 pounds venison stew meat
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 21 ounces cream of mushroom soup (2-10.5 ounce cans)
- salt-free seasoning as needed
- ½ cup almond milk or your choice of milk
- 6 ounces wide egg noodles , cooked according to directions
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add venison, and cook until seared on all sides.
- Season meat with salt-free seasoning blend. Once the meat is browned, place contents of both cans mushroom soup in the skillet with the meat.
- Add milk to the skillet and stir until combined.
- While meat is cooking, cook noodles.
- Serve meat gravy over noodles. Garnish with parsley if desired.
