Venison in Mushroom Gravy is a hearty, simple skillet dinner that's packed with flavor. It's the perfect way to use stew meat for a creamy weeknight meal served over noodles.
6ounceswide egg noodles, cooked according to directions
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add venison, and cook until seared on all sides.
Season meat with salt-free seasoning blend. Once the meat is browned, place contents of both cans mushroom soup in the skillet with the meat.
Add milk to the skillet and stir until combined.
While meat is cooking, cook noodles.
Serve meat gravy over noodles. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
An easy recipe when short on time. If you don't have venison, you can use beef or chicken. You can also use ground beef or turkey instead of meat chunks.
