Grinch Charcuterie Board
Equipment
- Large charcuterie board
- Small paring knife
- Cheese slicer , or sharp knife
- Serving tongs
- Plastic wrap (for storing)

Ingredients
- 2¼ pounds green seedless grapes
- 6 slices salami
- 25 slices pepperoni
- 4-5 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 slices American cheese
- 6 ounces Swiss cheese
- 4-6 raisins
- 1 heart sprinkle
Instructions
- With the charcuterie board vertical, line salami slices at the bottom of the board.
- Add one row of grapes just above the salami. Then add the sprigs of rosemary creating the Grinch smile.
- Continue to add all of the grapes to create the Grinch's face.
- Cut two slices from the American cheese into a large triangle with the top corner of the triangle a bit rounded. Place cheese slices on the grinch's face where his eyes would be. Add a few raisins in the middle of the cheese slices.
- Above his eyes, add rosemary slices to create his eyebrows.
- Add the heart sprinkle for the nose.
- Arrange a line of Swiss cheese right above the grinches forehead. Take some of the Swiss cheese, and cut it into a rectangle. Cut lines on that cheese to create a tassel for the Christmas hat. Set aside.
- Add your pepperoni slices above the sweet cheese. Just under the right side of one of the pepperoni slices, the tassel of Swiss cheese.
