This Grinch Charcuterie Board is a cheerful and creative holiday snack idea made with fruit, meats, and cheese arranged to look like the Grinch's face. It's an easy, family friendly recipe that brings a touch of fun and festivity to your Christmas gatherings.
With the charcuterie board vertical, line salami slices at the bottom of the board.
Add one row of grapes just above the salami. Then add the sprigs of rosemary creating the Grinch smile.
Continue to add all of the grapes to create the Grinch’s face.
Cut two slices from the American cheese into a large triangle with the top corner of the triangle a bit rounded. Place cheese slices on the grinch’s face where his eyes would be. Add a few raisins in the middle of the cheese slices.
Above his eyes, add rosemary slices to create his eyebrows.
Add the heart sprinkle for the nose.
Arrange a line of Swiss cheese right above the grinches forehead. Take some of the Swiss cheese, and cut it into a rectangle. Cut lines on that cheese to create a tassel for the Christmas hat. Set aside.
Add your pepperoni slices above the sweet cheese. Just under the right side of one of the pepperoni slices, the tassel of Swiss cheese.
