Great snacking: this is a great appetizer recipe that is also a delicious snack.

Simple recipe: it is quick and easy to make with just a few simple ingredients.

Finger food: a great recipe for your next party and perfect for holiday gatherings.

    Ingredients for bruschetta.
Just 5 simple ingredients make a delicious appetizer in just 15 minutes!

    🥘 Ingredients

French baguette slices: use a good quality baguette. A baguette is a long thin loaf that is firm on the outside and a softer but still firm center

Artichoke hearts: you can find canned artichoke hearts in the grocery store in the canned goods section or in the Italian section. You can use either marinated or just canned artichoke hearts.

Red onion: this adds color and flavor

Romano Parmesan cheese blend: use a shredded cheese, not the dried version.

Mayonnaise: use your favorite brand. We love either Hellmann's or Dukes brand.

    • Sprinkle with fresh diced tomatoes (use a plum tomato for best results)
    • Stir 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic into the filling.

    💭 Tips

    • Chop the red onion and artichoke hearts into fine pieces so there are not big chunks in the topping.
