BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
- 4 single serve naan bread
- 2 cups grilled bbq chicken pieces
- 1¼ cup bbq sauce , divided
- 2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ medium jalapeno , cut into rings
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°. Lay the flatbread out on a large baking sheet. Spread each naan bread with ¼ cup of bbq sauce. Sprinkle ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese on each naan bread.
- Place ½ cup of chicken pieces on each naan bread, then evenly distribute the red onion and jalapeno slices over each naan
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned.
- Serve garnished with cilantro (if using).
