I made these Grape Stuffed Goat Cheese Appetizers as a celebration of CK Mondavi and Family’s 75th anniversary. This appetizer recipe paired perfectly with Pinot Grigio but would also be great with Sauvignon Blanc!
There is something really cool about CK Mondavi and Family wines. And that pun was intended! Wine always tastes the best when it is at the right temperature. Their 75th anniversary called for some new labels, and the temperature sensitive ink on the label makes it easier for you to know when the white wines are chilled to perfection. The label transforms from a light cream color to bright full color when the wine is chilled!
