green grapes
washed and patted dry
8
ounces
goat cheese
honey flavored

cup
pistachios
chopped
Instructions
Wash the grapes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Using 1 tablespoon of cheese, place the grape in the center of the cheese and wrap it around the grape.
Roll the cheese wrapped grape in the chopped pistachios. Chill 2 hours before serving.

Tips And Substitutions
Be sure the goat cheese is well chilled before wrapping the grapes.
Substitute red or black grapes for the green grapes
Use an unflavored goat cheese and drizzle the appetizers with honey before serving.
Substitute cream cheese for the goat cheese and blend 1 tablespoon of honey into the cream cheese.
Have plenty of CK Mondavi and Family Wines on hand!
