I am addicted to that sweet heat and being on the Keto Diet does not mean I have to give it up! Read on to find out how I made this recipe fit my new low-carb diet lifestyle!

Spicy Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

I have been enjoying the beef cook along with Certified Angus Beef® brand on Facebook the last few months. So much so, that when there is one, I do not want to miss out!

This post was written by me as a paid influencer for Certified Angus Beef® brand.

Spicy Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

What I loved about this particular #beefcookalong was the fact that this recipe is so easy to improvise! If you don’t have green beans but you have broccoli, then no worries! Broccoli works just as well as you can see!

Spicy Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Because I am doing the Keto diet, I really didn’t want to use the premade teriyaki sauce due to the sugar content. So, instead, I just went with a little bit of chili garlic sauce, coconut aminos, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and cider vinegar. Then I added a little bit of Swerve to give it the sweetness. {links to product are affiliate links}

Spicy Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Oh, my love affair with sweet heat continues, even on keto! This was so good we had it again over the weekend but this recipe is a great rotation on your weekday supper plan also. It is quick, easy, and no worries, there will be NO leftovers!

    I would have printed this recipe if the commercial wasn’t included. I really wanted to try this recipe as you are the only American I know of that doesn’t think Chinese food has to have sweetener or sugar (yuck) in their savory dishes.

      Hi Ruth, The advertisements are how I am paid for the work it takes to develop, test, photograph, write, and share this recipe with readers. I’m sorry you feel you can’t print out a recipe because there is an ad on it when it is free to you. Also, I do tend to like a sweetener in my savory dishes. The sweet heat flavor is something that I very much like and do have in many of my recipes. So, I’m not exactly sure where you were coming from with all this, but if you do make this recipe, I do wish you luck and hope you will enjoy it. Thanks for stopping by.
