This Blackberry Mango Smoothie is a refreshing layered drink with the sweetness of mango, the creaminess of banana, and the bold tart flavor of blackberries. It's a gorgeous smoothie that looks just as good as it tastes, perect for breakfast, snacking, or even a light dessert.

I've always loved combining blackberries and mango because the flavors balance each other so well. The layers make it fun to serve to guests or to brighten up your morning. If you love my Pina Colada Smoothie, you'll love this fruity twist.

Key Ingredients for Blackberry Mango Smoothie
See the recipe card at the bottom of this post for a full list of ingredients and instructions.
- Mango: adds tropical sweetness and a creamy texture.
- Banana: frozen chunks help thicken the smoothie naturally.
- Blackberries: pureed and strained for a rich, seed free layer.
- Vanilla yogurt: fat-free yogurt keeps it light and creamy.
- Milk: skim milk keeps the smoothie low fat.
Ingredient Substitutions
- Use Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt for extra protein.
- Swap almond milk for skim milk if you prefer dairy-free.
- Replace mango with peaches for a different fruity layer.
Variations on Blackberry Mango Smoothie
- Green smoothie: add a handful of spinach to the mango blend for hidden veggies.
- Protein boost: mix in a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
- Tropical layers: add pineapple chunks along with the mango for extra flavor.

Tips for Perfect Blackberry Smoothies
- Strain carefully: removing the blackberry seeds makes the smoothie smooth and silky.
- Chill your fruit: using frozen banana or mango makes the layers thicker and more vibrant.
- Layer slowly: pour each section gently for clear, distinct layers in the glass.
