Keto Meatball Pizza Tips
- Pre-bake the crust to keep it firm under the sauce.
- Use less sauce so the crust doesn't get soggy.
- Cool a few minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
- If you don't expect to consume the entire pizza, top only slices you will eat with arugula to prevent soggy greens.
How to Store and Reheat
Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven until warm and crisp - the oven keeps the crust sturdy, unlike the microwave.
