Cilantro Lime Grilled Pork Chops are a quick and easy recipe to get on the dinner table. The pork is marinated for about 15 minutes, then grilled to perfection in about 10. Finish them off with a brush of cilantro lime sauce, then if you’re feeling it, add a little more to the chop when it’s on your plate!
The only thing easier than making this recipe for Cilantro Lime Grilled Pork Chops was shopping for them! I bought these Smithfield All Natural Bone-In Pork Chops using Walmart’s Online Grocery Pick-up.
It was as easy as downloading the app to my phone, signing up for an account, shopping and paying for it online and giving them an idea of when you would be picking it up!
Once I checked in, Walmart was able to track my progression to their store! This was definitely an awesome experience and I will do my shopping this way going forward.
Grumpy and I are too busy to browse the stores. With the house renovations going on, we barely have time for anything else. So, it was nice to shop online the day before, picking out all the ingredients I needed for my weekend recipes. The next morning I just drove to Walmart to pick up my order!
For this recipe I went really simple. Grilled Smithfield All Natural Pork Chops are full of flavor, without adding too many extras to it. While I grilled my pork chops, you could also cook this recipe in a skillet or in the oven.
Since I was only grilling two pork chops, I didn’t need a lot of marinade. It was as easy as stirring together some cumin, chipotle chili powder, lime juice, sugar substitute, and salt.
The end result was incredible! We had two perfectly cooked, high quality and easy to prepare grilled pork chops for our dinner and served them with a side of Keto Broccoli Salad.

Yum! This looks delicious. Either I’m losing my mind or you don’t have cilantro listed in the ingredients for the cilantro lime topping. I went to make my grocery list and thought, well certainly I need cilantro! Just wondering who much.
Oops! Well it is never good to miss one of the ingredients! Thanks for letting me know. You can mainly do this to taste, but I would measure at least 1/4 cup cilantro, then finely chop it to add to the marinade. Thanks!
