Marinated Grilled Pork Chops with Cilantro Lime Dressing
Pork Chops are marinated, grilled, and then brushed with a cilantro lime dressing for best recipe that produces the juiciest pork chops you can imagine.
In a small mixing bowl combine the lime juice, cumin, chili powder, sweetener, and salt. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over pork chops. Seal the bag and marinate at least 15 minutes.
To grill the pork chops:
Heat grill until hot. Reduce heat to medium low.Remove the pork chops from marinade and place on the hot grill, cook for 7 minutes. Flip pork chops and cook another 7 minutes, until internal temperature in the thickest part of the meat registers 145 degrees F. Remove the pork chops from grill and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.

While the pork rests, make the topping: In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, salt, cilantro and jalapeno (if using) and brush over grilled pork chops prior to serving
