The sauces sound delicious and I love this idea for serving shrimp just for any family dinner. The kids love when we serve food in a different way. Thanks so much for sharing.

I too went crazy when I saw all the new tasting dishes. I was able to buy a dozen of each type at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Their price is inexpensive & if you use their coupon on each you can afford to buy alot. Now I need more recipes so I can use the tasting spoons more.

I never tire of shrimp either! These look like something out a magazine - so irresistible! I love Pier 1 but try to stay out of there for my bank account's sake.

Beautiful photography! Grumpy is tired of shrimp? Maybe he prefers it dipped in batter and deep-fried, like Grampy-LooHoo. LOL!

What gorgeous pictures! I love appy style servings because you can try different dishes without overdoing it. And you're right about the portions when eating out...there's always so much!

What a great way to serve shrimp at a party. Makes it easier to visualize how much you're eating - and I love the idea of roasting the shrimp - must more flavorful than just cooking it in water.

I totally agree--small portions, less calories--and that means you can eat more, right? 😉
The thing that blows me away with restaurant sized portions is that I can eat maybe 1/4 of it and by that same time my husband is usually done with the whole thing!
