Grilled Stuffed Burritos are a quick, satisfying meal packed with homemade flavor. Toasted in a skillet until crisp, each burrito is filled with seasoned beef, creamy beans, rice, guacamole, and pico de gallo for a restaurant style dish made fresh in your own kitchen.
For each burrito, layer as follows, refried beans, spanish rice, taco meat, guacamole, pico de gallo, and cheese.
To fold, bring up sides of the burrito, then fold the edge closest to you outward. Continue to fold and roll.
Grill the burrito in a hot cast iron skillet coated with olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Notes
Note: If the fillings for the grilled stuffed burrito are cold, be sure to warm them up in the microwave before adding to the burrito. This will ensure the filling is hot after it has been grilled.
