Pizza dough, I like to make my own homemade pizza dough, but you can also purchase premade pizza dough.
Reduced fat cream cheese
Sweet hot pepper jelly, I buy mine at Trader Joe's but you can also buy it online.
Thick cut bacon is best to really get the flavor and texture
Cooked shrimp, just barely cook the shrimp as it will cook more while in the oven.
Jalapeno peppers, sliced
Salt and black pepper

🔪 Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Press pizza dough out onto pizza stone or baking sheet into pizza form.
- Bake pizza crust for 10 minutes, or until crust just begins to brown.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and warm until hot. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and transfer to the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until shrimp are almost pink.
- While dough is baking, combine the cream cheese and sweet hot pepper jelly in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer until creamy. Set aside.
- Remove dough from oven and spread the warm crust with cream cheese mixture. Top the pizza with jalapeno slices, shrimp, and diced bacon.
- Return pizza to oven and bake another 4-6 minutes, or until cheese is beginning to bubble and slightly brown.

🥄 Equipment
Mixing bowls
Pizza stone
Large skillet
🥫Storage
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days.
📖 Variations
- Mix ½ cup of cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle the top before baking with another ¼ cup.
- Save time and precook the bacon so it is ready when it is time to make dinner or, substitute real bacon bits for the bacon.
- Substitute the bacon with pepperoni.
- Top with ¼ cup red onion slices.

💭 Tips
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so it can be whipped smooth. If you forget, place the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and soften heat for 30 seconds. If still too firm, microwave in 5 second intervals until softened.

I absolutely love this flavor combination. I had the shrimp and bacon left over from my Deviled Eggs with Shrimp and Bacon, so it was easy for me to just toss this one together. If you haven't tried it, then you must!
