Sous Vide

Sous Vide method cooks your food in a vacuum sealed plastic bag that is immersed in a water bath and cooked for longer than normal cooking times at an accurate cooking temperature.

While not required, browning meats by searing either before or after using the Sous Vide technique will give your finished product a more visual appeal.
