Place the vegan steak strips in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle the 1 tablespoon of homemade taco seasoning over top and toss to coat. Set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a large skillet warm over medium high heat until hot. Place the onion slices, red, and green bell pepper slices in the skillet. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes, or until the onions and peppers are just starting to soften.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the taco seasoning over top of the onions and peppers. Stir to coat the vegetables. Transfer the pepper mixture to a bowl and set aside.
Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet and heat until hot. Transfer the vegan steak strips to the skillet and cook, stirring often, until steak strips have warmed thru.
Return the pepper mixture to the vegan steak mixture and cook for 1 minute, or until steak strips have rewarmed. Serve as desired
