This shredded beef recipe is made in the slow cooker and has a lot of flavor! It is great served with the juice as a main dish over mashed potatoes or can be used in a variety of ways to make tacos, sandwiches, or even beef enchiladas!
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper and salt.
Rub spice mixture over top of beef then place beef in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour beef broth and worcestershire sauce over top of roast in slow cooker. Cover with lid and cook on high 4 hours or on low 6 hours.
Remove roast from slow cooker and place on cutting board.
Using two forks, shred beef, returning shredded beef to the slow cooker to marinate in the juices. Allow to cook 5 minutes longer to warm beef through.
