Sugar Free Instant Pistachio Pudding mix

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer, mix together the heavy cream and pudding mix for 5 minutes, or until light and fluffy.
Using a rubber spatula, fold in the sweetened condensed milk, pistachios, cherries, and almond extract.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a 9-inch loaf pan, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.
