These Leftover Thanksgiving Stuffing Muffins are crispy on the outside with a warm, savory center made from turkey, potatoes, and gravy. They're a clever way to repurpose your holiday meal into a new dish that feels fresh but tastes like Thanksgiving all over again.
Form a ½” layer on the inside of a jumbo silicone muffin liner. Press stuffing up from the bottom of the cup and into the side of the liner to form a cup.
Air fry the stuffing cups in the air fryer basket for 10 minutes at 400°F. Add the turkey, mashed potatoes, and gravy to a large bowl and stir to combine.
Remove the stuffing cups from the air fryer and using a large cream scoop, fill the stuffing cups with one scoop of filling.
Return cups to the air fryer basket and bake for 5 minutes at 350°F, until meat filling is warmed through and stuffing cups are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the stuffing muffins from the air fryer and let cool for 5 minutes. Add dollop of leftover cranberry sauce to the top of the turkey filling. Drizzle with more warmed gravy if desired.
