A delicious flavor and protein packed burger with just 4 net carbs per serving. Two beef patties are topped with a spicy mayo, cheese, and chopped kimchi for a delicious Kimchi Burger.
Divide the ground beef into 8 3 ounce portions. Shape into a flat burger patty. Place on a plate and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat until hot. Place the burgers in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until burger reaches desired level of doneness.
While the burgers are cooking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and ketchup in a small bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.
Lightly butter the bun top and bottom and place face down in a hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until buns are lightly golden. Remove from the skillet.
In the final minutes before burgers are done, place ½ slice of cheese on each burger and allow it to melt slightly.
To serve, place one burger on top of the bottom bun, cover with 1 tablespoon of sauce, then layer with another burger patty and sauce. Top with ¼ cup of kimchi and place bun tops on burgers.
