Ingredients

fresh asparagus

tablespoon
lemon juice

olive oil
pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat grill to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and pepper.
Add asparagus and toss to coat.
Grill asparagus until tender, about 5-7 minutes (depending on the thickness of the stalks), turning often.
Brush halloumi cheese with marinade and grill on both sides to get grill marks and cheese is hot.
Serve grilled asparagus with grilled halloumi cheese, pistachio pesto, and a drizzle of fresh lemon juice.
