Making Shrimp Po' Boy sandwiches just got easier! Crispy shrimp is served in a toasted slider roll and served with a homemade remoulade sauce and broccoli slaw mix.
In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, shallots, lemons Worcestershire sauce, mustard, horseradish, hot pepper sauce, garlic, and black pepper (if using). Refrigerate until ready to use.
To make the sandwich:
Bake the popcorn shrimp according to package instructions, until crispy.
Spread a thin layer of butter on the inside of each roll and toast under the broiler until crispy.
Place one tomato slice on bottom of bun, next lay 1-2 tablespoons broccoli kale slaw mix, then place shrimp on top of slaw mix.
Drizzle with ½ tablespoon of remoulade sauce. Cover with top half of bun and serve.
