Instructions
Pre-heat toaster oven on broil setting while assembling your sandwich
Slice keto rye bagel in half and cover each half with 1 tablespoon Thousand Island Dressing.
Place 2 ounces corned beef on each bagel half over top of the dressing.
Place 1 tablespoon (or more if you wish) sauerkraut on top of corned beef.
Lay 1 ounce slice of Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
Place open face sandwich in toaster oven and broil until swiss cheese layer is melted and bubbly.
